Once your order is placed, processing begins. It takes approximately 1 - 2 business days. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Except for the above countries, other regions are temporarily unable to deliver.

However, due to delays related to strikes or protests in the destination country, weather conditions, or customs inspections..., orders may experience delays. Not to worry, our shipping partners have promised all orders will be delivered regardless.

When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside. And contact us immediately at cathy@zafiiu.com, so we can replace items for you or help find a satisfactory solution.
